Drawing on over 15 years of experience and insights from managing thousands of colonies\, Laurence shares proven techniques for optimising colony strength\, timing\, forage access\, and queen genetics. This session focuses on working smarter\, not bigger — showing beekeepers how to refine their management systems to produce more honey from the bees they already have. \nThis meeting will be on-line (using Zoom) and a link to join the talk will be sent to all members by email.
