The club was invited to bring their stand to the Great Comp Summer Show again this year. Always a popular event, held over 2 days of the weekend, this was no exception. The club was able to take along the inspection hive for visitors to see the bees at work. There was a comprehensive display of all things related to beekeeping. There was also information on the Yellow Legged Hornet with examples and handouts. We were also able to offer visitors a taste test to allow visitors to compare commercial honey with our own natural product. There was a wealth of club products on sale, not just honey but candles, polish, keyrings and more. The stand was staffed by members of the club and the committee and was very successful all round.
